We began working with PRS for Music on some animation back in 2012 after a recommendation and shortly after got approached to do the filming at the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards in London. A previsit to the venue and a chat with the client gave us all the information we needed for the project.

We make use of a crew of 3 and an interviewer on this project. One films outside red carpet entrance highlights, one works with the interviewer to get main content and a third adapts to support the others capturing footage, highlights and adapting as needed.

We then have the luxury of some great food courtesy of the client, following which we adapt slightly with one of the crew editing the highlights video. The remaining crew capture interviews with the awards winners.

By the time the awards finish, we have completed a highlights video ready for the client to use as needed on social media/websites etc. Then over the following week, we create a series of interviews of winners and nominees the client can use as needed.

The fast turnaround of the highlights video is something we have perfected over the years and for this project we work to a 6-hour window
